Exceed Academies Trust is seeking a dedicated colleague to promote children's wellbeing, behaviour, equality and attendance at Oastlers School in Bradford.

The role involves building strong relationships with learners and families and upholding inclusive values in daily practice.

You will work within a Trauma Informed SEMH environment, supporting crisis response, and collaborating with school staff, families and external services to safeguard and support vulnerable learners.
