What Youll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Head & Senior Chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness across your section
• Contributing to fresh, flavour-driven menus that change regularly
• Managing stock and ordering for your section
• Helping mentor junior kitchen staff and working closely with the wider team
• Occasionally supporting in sister venues across the area

What Were Looking For:

• 23+ years experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
• Strong work ethic and pride in presentation & cleanliness
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for food
• Confidence in handling fresh ingredients and adapting to daily menu changes
• Good communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
