About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Reinstatement Operative to join one of our experienced Reinstatement Gangs. The successful candidate will be an experienced tarmac operative holding all relevant accreditations including a roller ticket.
You will also have practical knowledge of and undertaken project work in white topping. This includes designing, laying and maintaining such overlays and work with the team to deliver tarmac and reinstatement services nationally.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake work on behalf of the Excalon in a sustainable, safe, timely and cost effective manner
- At all times, ensure the safety of yourself and others affected by your work
- Only carry out work for which you are trained and competent
- Consider current and next phase of work and ensure that you are able to undertake it safely
- Demonstrate team working across the company
- All aspects of reinstatement and excavation
- Blacktop work on highways
- Spreading / laying tarmac on completed utility trenching

- Ride on Roller CPCS
- NRSWA Card - Operative Level
- Driving licence
- Reinstatement – Tarmac Experience
