With recent new business wins with multiple major clients adding to our existing portfolio of framework agreements and ongoing Major Projects, this is a particularly exciting time to join our business.

About the role: We have an exciting new vacancy for a Contracts Co-ordinator based in the South West, ideally close to Andover.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Operations Manager for the Southern Region you will co-ordinate contract activity for major clients and related projects.

Duties and Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager for the Southern region along with the Business Development Manager regarding the status of all schemes Build robust relationships with SSE and Keltbray, attending weekly co-ordination meetings and calls Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective administration of contract and business processes Liaise with the Streetworks Department and Traffic Management Team to co-ordinate project status with Keltbray and SSE.

Manage client expectations in accordance with contract requirements Communicate regularly with the Business Development Manager to ensure any possible business leads identified through ongoing relationships are referred Carry out administration tasks and produce reports to support client meetings Carry out any actions to support PQQ and Tender activities if required About you: We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Previous experience within streetworks would be an advantage but most importantly we are looking for somebody who is organised, with great attention to detail, who is willing to learn and can take responsibility for managing their own workload.

Training will be provided.
