Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational management to support school improvement, efficiency, and the achievement of academy objectives.
- Lead and develop staff, systems, and resources to maximise effectiveness and value for money.
- Support school marketing and communications, working with Trust teams to promote the academy and engage current and prospective families.
- Manage financial processes, budgets, and compliance in line with Trust policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative systems, risk management, statutory compliance, and contracted services.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements.
- Lead site management, security, maintenance, and estate planning activities.
- Contribute to Trust-wide projects, share best practice, and represent the school and Trust at internal and external events.
