About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will own the execution of key marketing projects and campaigns, drive timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure flawless delivery across functions. You will be the central point of contact for transforming marketing plans into tangible results, while improving processes and optimizing resources.
Reporting Line: Chief Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and content programs.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to keep everyone aligned and on track.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product, HR, and Compliance) and external vendors to execute campaign assets and deliverables.
- Track project KPIs, budgets, and resourcing to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Support team operations such as planning cycles, documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project or program management experience, ideally within a marketing, creative agency, or digital environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows (campaigns, content, digital assets, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically; comfortable with both the big picture and the small details.
- A self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability.
