About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Payments (C-Level), the Revenue and Payment Operations Manager will be an integral part of a growing business and team. The role will own key aspects of payment operations and work closely with internal stakeholders and external enablers to ensure smooth, reliable, and compliant payment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury and Liquidity team to streamline Payment Operations processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee relationships with payment service providers, banks, and other vendors to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on payment operations performance. Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all areas of Payment Operations related to revenue generation, anti-money laundering, KYC, and Consumer Duty.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a Payments-related role at a bank, fintech, EMI in an analytical or financial role, preferably in Treasury and/or Payment Operations.
  • Basic understanding of traditional banking rails (e.g. Faster Payments, Bacs, CHAPS, SEPA, Swift) is a must.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical critical thinker; advanced spreadsheet skills a must.
  • Motivated self-starter capable of performing under minimal supervision.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence without authority.
