We're looking for an exceptional operational leader to take charge of our in house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and drive a high performing, resident focused repairs service at a pivotal moment of improvement.

What You’ll Lead- A repairs service with a £5m annual turnover, delivering high-quality, responsive and 24/7 emergency repairs
- Performance, culture and people development across trade and technical teams
- Operational plans that turn strategic priorities into real-world improvements
- Service excellence through data driven decision making and continuous improvement
- Compliance with all key legislation including CDM 2015 and H&S at Work Act 1974
- Close collaboration with Estates Services, Customer Services, Planning and Feedback teams to deliver a seamless resident journey
- A confident leader with experience motivating and developing operational teams
- Strong background managing high-value responsive repairs and M&E programmes
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and trade-based operatives
- Expertise in service transformation, commercial delivery and performance management
- A strong grasp of legislation relating to landlord health & safety, assets and repairs
- Someone who thrives on improvement, accountability and delivering brilliant outcomes for residents
