Salary: Up to £40,000 (Base £35,200 + Performance Bonus up to £4,800)

Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off, 10am–10pm, No sleeps

Location: Preston (PR3)

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team in a well-established, Ofsted regulated children’s home. If you’re committed to delivering exceptional care, leading by example and supporting young people to thrive, this could be your next step.

About the Home: 3 bedded EBD Home.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Deputy Manager in an Ofsted registered children’s home within the last 2 years
  • Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children & Young People
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence working within regulatory frameworks
  • Comfortable contributing to Ofsted inspections
  • Passionate about therapeutic, trauma informed practice
  • A leader who brings stability, professionalism and empathy
