We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team in a well-established, Ofsted regulated children’s home. If you’re committed to delivering exceptional care, leading by example and supporting young people to thrive, this could be your next step.
About the Home: 3 bedded EBD Home.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager in an Ofsted registered children’s home within the last 2 years
- Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children & Young People
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence working within regulatory frameworks
- Comfortable contributing to Ofsted inspections
- Passionate about therapeutic, trauma informed practice
- A leader who brings stability, professionalism and empathy
