What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications.
- Work within a cross-functional team using DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Develop scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with our technology strategy.
- Participate in code reviews and define coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software meets business needs and IT security guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience developing and supporting ServiceNow platforms, particularly ITSM and CSM.
- Strong technical background in portals, workflows, client scripts, script includes, and business rules.
- Knowledge of development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and iterative development.
- ServiceNow CSA Certification (desirable).
- A creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.
