- Contribute to the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications.
- Work within a cross-functional team using DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Develop scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with our technology strategy.
- Participate in code reviews and define coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software meets business needs and IT security guidelines.
Proven experience developing and supporting ServiceNow platforms, particularly ITSM and CSM.
Knowledge of development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and iterative development.
ServiceNow CSA Certification (desirable).
A creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.
