About the Role

In this fully remote position, you’ll deliver structured, time‑limited CBT interventions to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. You’ll work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative, ethically driven clinical team. Your clinical expertise, reflective practice, and dedication to high‑quality care will be at the heart of everything you do.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
  • Deliver individualised, evidence‑based CBT treatment plans
  • Provide remote, time‑limited therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow best‑practice data protocols
  • Participate in clinical supervision and CPD

What We’re Looking For

  • Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • BABCP accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Minimum of five years’ post‑qualification experience
  • Background in mental health nursing — highly preferred
  • EMDR experience — highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of UK ethical and legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
