Our client is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to champion outstanding clinical practice, strengthen governance, and inspire teams across their East of England region. This is your opportunity to shape the standard of care delivered to our residents—ensuring it is safe, effective, person‑centred and dementia‑informed, while meeting and exceeding CQC expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing visible, supportive and inspirational clinical leadership across the East of England homes.
- Coaching and developing Home Managers and Clinical Care Managers to lead confident, compassionate and competent clinical teams.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and excellence, escalating risks appropriately and sharing learning across the region.
- Leading clinical audits, governance activity and action planning to ensure improvements are embedded and sustained.
- Supporting recruitment, induction and ongoing development of clinical leaders.
- Acting as a role model for Athena’s values, behaviours and professional standards.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and putting residents first.
- NMC registration as a Nurse.
- Experience in a senior clinical role within care homes is desirable but not essential.
- Strong audit and quality management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empower, motivate and support teams.
- A proven track record of effective leadership and accountability.
