Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out remote OH assessments, including case management and pre‑placement screening
- Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Liaising confidently with HR teams, managers and employees
- Managing health surveillance, screening and vaccination programmes
- Maintaining high clinical standards in line with NMC guidance
- Ensuring accurate, compliant clinical record‑keeping
- Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the OH service
- Attending onsite assessments when required
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Knowledge
- OH Diploma or Degree (desirable)
- Strong understanding of OH legislation and best practice
- Experience managing complex cases and producing high‑quality clinical reports
- Strong IT skills and confidence working digitally
