💼 Principal Responsibilities
Operations & Governance
- Oversee the daily operational delivery across our national clinic portfolio, working in close partnership with Regional Clinic Managers, Clinical Leads, and Administrative & Client Services teams
- Address governance matters, incidents, and complaints with strategic insight to foster continuous service enhancement
- Ensure all clinics uphold rigorous health and safety standards, whilst embodying the aesthetic and quality ethos of the Pure brand
- Collaborate with Governance and Estates colleagues to uphold legal and regulatory compliance across all sites
Line Management
- Provide direct line management and professional supervision to Regional Clinic Managers within your designated region
- Offer strategic leadership and mentorship across the wider operational cohort
Operational Team Leadership
- Monitor clinic capacity and utilisation, escalating performance concerns where appropriate
- Analyse referral volumes and proactively engage with clients to mitigate service flow disruptions
- Lead workforce and capacity planning initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders and clinic teams
- Advise Clinic Leads on resource deployment, recruitment strategies, and performance optimisation
Commercial & Contractual Stewardship
- Chair contract and performance review meetings with assigned clients and stakeholders
- Cultivate robust relationships with service partners, including insurers, private healthcare providers, and NHS collaborators
- Produce articulate, brand-consistent reports for external stakeholders
- Support the onboarding of new providers, ensuring contractual frameworks are in place and adhered to
- Liaise with Finance to safeguard billing accuracy and revenue integrity
🎓 Qualifications & Competencies
Essential
- Minimum Level 5 qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, or a cognate discipline
- Demonstrable experience in customer engagement and stakeholder relationship management
- Prior exposure to healthcare environments, with an understanding of private patient expectations
- Proven ability to prepare succinct business cases or strategic proposals
- Experience managing multiple clinics or service lines
- Expertise in operational refinement and process evaluation
- Proficiency in change management methodologies
- Emerging leadership capabilities with a commitment to professional growth
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, rostering tools, or clinical systems
- GCSEs (minimum five grades A–C, including English and Mathematics)
Desirable
- Degree-level qualification in Business Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
