We are seeking an experienced, credible and forward thinking Lead Occupational Health Advisor to join our Occupational Health & Wellbeing service.
Working in close partnership with the Head of Occupational Health Clinical Operations and the wider OH leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive, high quality and commercially effective Occupational Health service across UKIM Occupational Health and Wellbeing. This hybrid role, based in the North East, offers the best of both worlds:
- The opportunity to mentor, develop and lead others
As Lead OHA, you will operate as an autonomous senior clinician and people leader, trusted to make sound professional judgements and to set clinical standards across the service.
- Lead, supervise and support a team of Occupational Health clinicians
- Provide line management, inductions, appraisals, mentoring and clinical supervision
- Immunisations
- Safety critical medicals (spirometry, audiometry)
- Drive Quality, Governance & Performance
- Support clinician CPD, revalidation and professional development
