We are currently looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a supportive and well-established team in a hybrid role based in Manchester. This is a varied position where you will deliver both onsite and remote Occupational Health services, supporting employee health and wellbeing across a range of clients.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload, including case management and pre-placement assessments
- Delivering health surveillance and workplace immunisation programmes
- Providing clear, practical advice to managers, HR and employees
- Supporting sickness absence management and return-to-work plans
- Promoting health and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintaining accurate and professional clinical records
What We’re Looking For
- NMC registered nurse (essential)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health
- Experience in case management, health surveillance and pre-employment screening
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Occupational Health qualification (desirable)
