ExamWorks UK Careers are currently working with a client who is a specialist in the insurance sector for legal expense claims, credit hire and after event services (ATE). After the event (ATE) insurance provides peace of mind and financial protection for your clients, allowing both claimants and defendants to pursue or defend legal claims without the fear of losing further costs after the event and the status of the claim is decided.
Are you an Account Manager with strong experience in account managing legal firms and building long-lasting and credible relationships with your clients? Someone who possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to open up opportunities, spot market trends and build strategies around customer growth? Do you have a strong understanding of the legal expense insurance sector, specifically looking after legal firms, with a strong knowledge of ATE?
Please note due to the nature of this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence.

Essential experience:
- You must be an expert in your knowledge of the legal sector β particularly within after event services following road traffic collisions (ATE & RTA)
- You should ideally be known in the sector, with a great reputation in the sales and account management field, for excellent customer service and relationships
- Proven experience in growing a strong customer base, with engaging customers and upselling/cross selling on services
Main responsibilities:
- You will be the main point of contact for current and future legal accounts and solicitor firms
- Develop a strategic approach to new business, including networking channels, events and desk-based or field-based sales
- Working with the internal teams and departments, such as accounts, sales administration and claims to ensure an excellent customer experience and reputational growth
