Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor who enjoys building trusted relationships, managing meaningful casework, and working with the flexibility of a fully remote role? We’re looking for a confident and approachable OHA to join our established Occupational Health team, delivering a high-quality, end to end OH service to clients across the UK — all from home.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a remote caseload, including sickness absence, fitness for work and rehabilitation cases
- Undertaking pre-placement and pre-employment health assessments
- Providing clear, practical Occupational Health advice to HR and line managers
We’re keen to hear from Occupational Health Advisors who are confident, organised and comfortable working remotely.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration
- At least 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health
- Strong report writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and well reasoned advice
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital OH systems
- A post registration qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma or Degree)
- You’re organised, reliable and take pride in delivering a high quality service
