Your DaytoDay Responsibilities

• Carrying out remote OH assessments, including case management and preplacement screening
• Providing clear, evidencebased fitnessforwork advice
• Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
• Liaising confidently with HR teams, managers and employees
• Managing health surveillance, screening and vaccination programmes
• Maintaining high clinical standards in line with NMC guidance
• Ensuring accurate, compliant clinical recordkeeping
• Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the OH service
• Attending onsite assessments when required

What Youll Bring

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years postregistration OH experience
• OH Diploma or Degree (desirable)
• Strong understanding of OH legislation and best practice
• Experience managing complex cases and producing highquality clinical reports
• Strong IT skills and confidence working digitally
