Are you an experienced Occupational Health Nurse ready to step into a high-impact leadership role? At UKIM, we’re looking for a Lead Occupational Health Nurse to shape clinical standards, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional Occupational Health Wellbeing services.
Working closely with the Lead Medical Practitioner and Senior Leadership Team, you will:
- Lead the delivery of a high-quality Occupational Health service
- Oversee and mentor a team of Occupational Health professionals
- Lead and supervise the OH team day-to-day
- Develop policies, procedures, and best practice frameworks
- Provide expert advice on workplace health risks
- Ensure compliance with NMC standards and legislation
- Contribute to commercial growth through high-quality service delivery
- Deliver training, health promotion, and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements:
- RGN with Occupational Health Diploma/Degree
- ~5+ years’ OH experience (including complex case management)
- ~2+ years in a leadership or clinical lead role
- Full OH remit: health surveillance, immunisations, safety-critical medicals
- Expertise in absence management, rehab pre-employment screening
