Join Our Team as a Compliance Officer!

Are you passionate about governance, risk management, and data protection? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our Legal and Compliance team and help maintain high standards across the Group.

Role Purpose:

As a Compliance Officer, you will report to the Compliance Manager and play a vital role in overseeing key governance controls, supporting business units, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Compliance team in executing the annual Compliance business plan.
  • Manage the Compliance inbox and respond to internal/external queries.
  • Assist in maintaining ISO 27001 certification and GDPR obligations.
  • Oversee data protection incident classification and investigation reports.
  • Coordinate audits, supplier management, and business continuity planning.
  • Conduct internal training sessions and awareness campaigns.
  • Review, update, and ensure the effectiveness of policy frameworks.

About You:

  • 5 Years experience in a compliance role
  • Knowledge of GDPR (Essential).
  • Experience in a Compliance role within a regulated environment (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 (Desirable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and a great team player.
