Are you passionate about governance, risk management, and data protection? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our Legal and Compliance team and help maintain high standards across the Group.
Role Purpose:
As a Compliance Officer, you will report to the Compliance Manager and play a vital role in overseeing key governance controls, supporting business units, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Compliance team in executing the annual Compliance business plan.
- Manage the Compliance inbox and respond to internal/external queries.
- Assist in maintaining ISO 27001 certification and GDPR obligations.
- Oversee data protection incident classification and investigation reports.
- Coordinate audits, supplier management, and business continuity planning.
- Conduct internal training sessions and awareness campaigns.
- Review, update, and ensure the effectiveness of policy frameworks.
About You:
- 5 Years experience in a compliance role
- Knowledge of GDPR (Essential).
- Experience in a Compliance role within a regulated environment (Desirable).
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 (Desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and a great team player.
