Are you passionate about delivering high‐quality, evidence‐based therapy that genuinely changes lives? We're expanding our clinical team and looking for an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) who is committed, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful difference.
About the Role
In this fully remote position, you'll deliver structured, time‐limited CBT interventions to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. You'll work autonomously while being supported by a collaborative, ethically driven clinical team. Your clinical expertise, reflective practice, and dedication to high‐quality care will be at the heart of everything you do.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Deliver individualised, evidence‐based CBT treatment plans
- Provide remote, time‐limited therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow best‐practice data protocols
- Participate in clinical supervision and CPD
- Contribute to wider clinical communications and quality assurance
What We're Looking For
- Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- BABCP accreditation (or working towards it)
- Minimum of five years' post‐qualification experience
- Background in mental health nursing — highly preferred
- EMDR experience — highly desirable
- Strong understanding of UK ethical and legal frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing development
