Case Manager – Full-Time Opportunity for Experienced Occupational Therapists

At Enable Therapy Services (ETS), we’re proud to be a nationally award-winning Rehabilitation and Vocational Case Management company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Our team of 34 professionals, made up of both clinical and non-clinical staff, work together to support individuals affected by injury or illness, helping them rebuild their lives through early intervention and tailored rehabilitation.

Working Hours & Flexibility
- Salary 40,000 -45,000K (depends on experience)
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Daily hours: 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch break
- Location: Remote

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
- Previous experience in the NHS and/or private healthcare sector
- Full UK driving licence
- Suitable home working environment
- Clean enhanced DBS check
- Confident IT skills, including Office 365
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Case Manager, you’ll use your clinical expertise to coordinate rehabilitation for clients recovering from injury or illness. You’ll work closely with the injured person, their family, healthcare professionals, solicitors, and insurers to ensure every client receives the right support at the right time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, client-centred rehabilitation services
- Writing clear, comprehensive reports and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Managing your caseload fairly and efficiently
- Promoting evidence-based practice and innovative approaches to care
- Analysing complex clinical situations and guiding decision-making
- Monitoring progress and keeping clients engaged throughout their recovery
- Delegating effectively to your Case Manager Assistant
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new Case Managers
- Maintaining your professional development and CPD portfolio for HCPC audit
Essential Clinical Experience:
- Orthopaedics, Elderly Care, MSK, Vascular & Amputations, Mental Health, Acute Medical, Community Care, Long-Term Conditions, Rehabilitation
Desirable Experience:
- ABI, Spinal Injuries, Paediatrics, Hands & Plastics
- Vocational Rehabilitation (supporting return to work)
