  • Prospecting & Deal Closing – Develop leads through cold calls, market intelligence, and CRM analysis, delivering compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Leadership & Team Support – Provide guidance and motivation to the Account Management team, fostering success.
  • Market Insights & Strategy Development – Analyse market trends, report strategic feedback, and contribute to company-wide growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry Knowledge – Experience in the legal and/or insurance sector is desirable.
  • Sales Expertise – Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Relationship Management – Strong communicator with a track record in managing accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving – Ability to assess risks, overcome challenges, and make data-driven business decisions.
