We're recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our Occupational Health & Wellbeing team based in Burton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous OH professional who enjoys managing a varied caseload, working closely with employees and managers, and delivering high-quality Occupational Health services that positively impact workplace health and wellbeing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing the full range of Occupational Health services, including:
    • Fitness for Work assessments
    • Sickness absence management
    • Vocational rehabilitation
    • Pre-employment assessments
    • Safety Critical Medicals
    • Immunisations and vaccination programmes
    • Workplace health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
    • Advising managers and HR on Occupational Health matters
    • Providing guidance on workplace adjustments and return-to-work plans

You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with the Lead Occupational Health Nurse, HR teams and key stakeholders across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years' Occupational Health experience
  • Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree) or working towards
  • Experience with Health Surveillance and Fitness for Work assessments
  • Experience conducting Safety Critical Medicals
  • Strong case management and report-writing skills
  • Understanding of SEQOHS standards and Occupational Health legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
