About the Role
Pure Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinics Team Lead to support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality MSK services across our Midlands clinics. This is a hybrid clinical and leadership role, combining the management of your own patient caseload with responsibility for leading and developing a team of physiotherapists.
Working closely with the Regional Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, staff development, operational performance, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop a team of physiotherapists across the region.
- Conduct supervisions, appraisals, performance reviews, and training activities.
- Support clinician wellbeing, engagement, and professional development.
- Coordinate annual leave and ensure appropriate clinic cover.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to your team.
Clinical & Operational Management
- Manage your own MSK caseload while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Monitor diary utilisation and support efficient service delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting.
- Assist with clinic audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of clinics across the region.
Business Performance
- Support the achievement of contractual KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring organisations.
- Contribute to the growth of private physiotherapy services within the region.
- Help maintain a strong local reputation for excellent patient care.
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Strong MSK experience with the ability to manage complex cases.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Passion for developing others and delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional team.
