The Role
As an Occupational Health Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and progressing Occupational Health cases, ensuring all service level agreements are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating cases, handling enquiries, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Occupational Health cases from referral through to completion
- Actioning tasks and responding to enquiries received via telephone, email, and post
- Liaising daily with clients, managers, HR teams, healthcare professionals, and internal colleagues
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
- Updating and maintaining information across multiple systems and databases
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, confidentiality requirements, and data protection regulations
- Identifying and escalating issues to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
