We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy and growing business, assisting with the referral process of injured clients who have been referred to us for rehabilitation and Case Management services.
Working alongside our referring parties of Solicitors, Insurance companies, Case Management companies, etc.
You will be responsible for arranging assessments and treatment for the injured person, as well as supporting the team with associated tasks relevant to the client’s journey with ETS.
About the Role
As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide efficient, accurate, and confidential administrative support across a range of functions including referral processing, report management, customer liaison, finance administration, and general office support.
Working closely with Occupational Therapists, Case Managers, Solicitors, Insurance Companies, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring services are delivered effectively and in line with agreed service standards.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering excellent opportunities to develop new skills and become a valued member of a multi-skilled support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral & Case Administration
- Process client referrals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain confidential client records and case files.
- Monitor client information and progress using internal systems.
- Coordinate treatment equipment orders and liaise with suppliers.
- Ensure service level agreements and deadlines are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, insurers, and healthcare professionals.
- Report & Document Management
- Review and edit clinical reports for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and consistency.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
- Support invoice preparation for assessment-related services.
- Track and follow up on outstanding authorisations and approvals.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries.
- Manage communications through shared inboxes.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Support other departments with administrative requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders when required.
- Assist with network administration and associate onboarding.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Finance Support
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor service delivery against agreed customer requirements.
- Support the wider team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications
