About the Role


As a Complex Care Nurse, you will deliver specialist nursing care and clinical support to clients with a range of complex conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning and delivering care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care within the client's home.

  • Manage and oversee complex care packages.

  • Support clients with:

    • Tracheostomy care

    • Ventilator support

    • PEG feeding

    • Spinal injuries

    • Neurological conditions

    • Acquired brain injuries

    • Complex medication management


  • Undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans.

  • Train, mentor and support care staff where required.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.


About You



  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) with a valid NMC PIN.

  • Previous experience within complex care, community nursing or critical care environments.

  • Confident in managing clinical interventions and emergency situations.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering exceptional care.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
