What Does the Role Involve?
As our apprentice, you’ll play an important role within our Occupational Health service supporting case management, communicating with clients and clinical teams, and helping to keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience while contributing meaningfully to the service, all within a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Responding to customer enquiries received by post, email, telephone, and in person at reception
- Working collaboratively with clients, clinicians, and internal colleagues
- Managing case files professionally, accurately, and confidentially
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or administrative work
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
- Communicates clearly in both written and spoken English
- Remains calm under pressure, is respectful, and has a helpful attitude
- Is eager to learn, develop, and provide excellent service
