Trainee Recruiter – No Experience Needed
Location: Hybrid with Travel to ourBolton office at least once per week (BL6 6QQ)

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will:
- Learn the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in exciting new roles.
- Develop relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing top-tier recruitment solutions.
- Use a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to find and attract top talent.
- Manage the interview process and guide candidates through each stage.
- Work towards achievable targets
