About the Role

We are looking for an inspirational and results-driven Team Manager to lead, motivate and develop a high performing operational team.

You will play a key role in developing your team, improving operational efficiency and ensuring service excellence across all areas of responsibility.

As a Team Manager, you will lead by example, champion continuous improvement and support the delivery of key business objectives through effective people management, coaching and performance leadership.

  • Lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service and achieve operational targets.
  • Manage team workloads and resources to meet internal and external service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor productivity, quality and performance against KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and development support to team members and future leaders.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, appraisals and team meetings.
  • Create and maintain personal development plans and SMART objectives for all direct reports.
  • Manage attendance, absence and wellbeing in line with company policies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability and success.

  • Drive service improvements through process reviews, innovation and best practice sharing.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct quality audits, observations and coaching sessions to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales, Training and HR.
  • Support strategic transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Help identify and implement efficiencies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

  • Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and customer service are consistently achieved.
  • Investigate root causes of complaints and support preventative solutions.
  • Develop team knowledge and capability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
