Automation & AI Operations Controller
Location: Aspinall House, Hybrid.
Hours: 37.5 hours
Are you organised, tech-savvy, and enjoy problem-solving? We are looking for an Automation & AI Operations Controller to join our team and help keep our automation and AI systems running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT skills and an interest in technology, automation, and artificial intelligence. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. If you are looking to kick start your career in IT this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring automated processes and workflows throughout the day.
- Identifying and investigating issues when processes fail.
- Escalating problems to the relevant teams when required.
- Reviewing system alerts and ensuring timely resolution.
- Producing basic operational and performance reports.
- Supporting the monitoring of AI solutions and identifying unusual trends or issues.
- Maintaining system documentation and support procedures.
- Assisting with testing and implementing new automation solutions.
- Working with technical and business teams to improve processes and service performance.
