Are you a confident, compassionate leader with a passion for improving the lives of young people? We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead two Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation homes for looked after children aged 16–18.

About the Homes

  • Home 1 – (Macclesfield): 2‑bedded home, currently supporting 1 young person (male)
  • Home 2 – (Stockport): 2‑bedded home, currently supporting 1 young person (male)

Both homes are part of a growing, trauma‑informed service committed to delivering high‑quality, therapeutic support in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Worked in an Ofsted regulated home within the last 2 years (ideally supported accommodation 16–18)
  • Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
  • Confident leading inspections, registration, and compliance
  • Passionate about trauma‑informed, therapeutic care

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage two supported accommodation homes, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
  • Oversee staff development, supervision, and HR processes
  • Champion safeguarding, quality assurance, and therapeutic practice
  • Drive occupancy, manage referrals, and lead on Pathway Planning
  • Monitor service delivery, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, clinical teams, and external professionals
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and positive outcomes for young people
