Deputy General Manager (Operations, Commercial & Transformation) to join our leadership team.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced operational and commercial leader who thrives on driving performance, leading change, and delivering business growth.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the business.

The Opportunity

As Deputy General Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, helping to deliver business objectives by balancing operational effectiveness, commercial performance, and strategic development.

You will work across multiple functions, building strong relationships with stakeholders, supporting senior leaders, and championing continuous improvement through technology, digital innovation, and transformational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Support the General Manager in delivering the overall business strategy and long-term growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and evolution of services across the business.
  • Act as a senior leader and ambassador for the organisation, representing the General Manager when required.

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to support commercial decision-making and business growth.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, service development, and customer propositions.

  • Balance customer satisfaction, operational delivery, cost management, and revenue generation.
