About the Role
Working as part of a consistent care team, you will provide overnight support tailored to the client's individual needs. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist clinical skills while delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a home environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with PEG feeding and medication administration
- Monitoring and assisting with CPAP therapy
- Repositioning throughout the night to promote comfort and wellbeing
- Using hoisting equipment safely and effectively
- Providing personal care and maintaining dignity at all times
- Following care plans and reporting any concerns appropriately
- Promoting a safe, calm, and supportive environment
