Day Shifts: 8:00am – 6:00pm | Night Shifts: 6:00pm – 8:00am

What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued member of the support team, you’ll help enable independence, wellbeing, and enjoyment of everyday life by:
- Supporting community‑based activities and appointments
- Accompanying swimming, yoga, music therapy, and other hobbies
- Providing emotional and social support
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting with medication administration
- Helping prepare meals and household tasks
- Following personalised support plans and guidance
- Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated team
- Promoting confidence, independence, and choice

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Able to travel within 30 minutes of Rickmansworth
- Confident and comfortable in water, as swimming is a regular activity
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
