At FAS, we are seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Manager to support the Regional Clinical Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining clinical quality, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. You will work closely with the Assessment Centre Manager and operational team to provide expert clinical coaching and ensure adherence to DWP, Prime, and CGQSF standards.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in achieving quality, productivity, and target performance levels (TPLs).
- Ensure consistent clinical quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to Health Professionals (HPs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine procedures and drive service improvements.
- Monitor and report on training needs analysis and development plans.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top clinical talent.
- Conduct assessments and produce high-quality reports aligned with CGQSF and DWP requirements.
- Lead clinical team meetings and operational discussions.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge & Experience:
- Understanding of FAS Assessment processes, Disability Act 2010, and clinical governance.
- Minimum two years’ experience post-registration in a relevant clinical role.
- Previous experience in mentorship, coaching, and training teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel).

- Excellent communication skills—both written and oral.
