Female Paediatric Nurse
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £33 per hour
Shifts: 2 Night Shifts Per Week | Monday & Friday | 19:00 - 08:00

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Paediatric Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 care and clinical support for a 9‑year‑old child with complex healthcare needs within their home environment in Portsmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the child and family while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with children who have complex healthcare needs and be confident managing a range of clinical interventions.
Essential Clinical Skills
- 1:1 Moving & Handling
- Nebuliser Therapy
- Oxygen Therapy
- Chest Physiotherapy
- Medication Administration & Management
- PEG / PEJ Management
- Ventilation Management
- Ability to interpret and respond to non‑verbal cues
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient‑centred approach
- Comfortable working in a home environment with dogs
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as driving is essential for this role
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
