You must hold experience working as an Occupational health Nurse. You should be empathetic, supportive and passionate about your own continuous development. A good in-depth knowledge in case management and health surveillance experience. You must have excellent interpersonal skills. You must be confident with all MS applications and able to use a computer confidently. Understanding of occupational health management software and proforma templates. Essential experience: NMC registration with Occupational Health experience. Desirable: IOSH Or other OH Qualifications or working towards. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, Equality Act, Data Protection Act). Experience in both face to face and remote OH/Vocational Assessments. Main duties and responsibilities: You will be completing 4-6 Assessments per day on each case. Supporting 121 clinics and assessment with staff on site. Administering immunisations and vaccinations. Deliver and coordinate health surveillance programs in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., COSHH, Noise, HAVS, etc.) Dermatology and wound care. Completing fitness to work cases and capability assessments. Wellbeing support and guidance towards EAP. Facilitate back to work assessments and phased returns Physical and mental health assessments.
