Occupational Health Advisor – Rugby

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Health Advisor to join our team in Rugby. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and provide expert advice and support to clients, families, and caregivers. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and stay abreast of the latest practices in occupational therapy.

• Location:Rugby
• Working Scheme:Hybrid
• Working Hours:37.5 hours per week

Requirements:

• Experience in an occupational environment is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for helping others and improving their daily lives

Responsibilities:

• Managing referral clinics
• Providing Statutory Health Surveillance (SHS)
• Administering vaccinations and taking blood samples
• Working primarily with clients from the engineering industry, food manufacturing, local authorities, and laboratories
• Utilising the PALO system for occupational health management
