Pure Physiotherapy in the Midlands is seeking a Clinics Team Lead to manage a team of physiotherapists while maintaining your own MSK caseload. This hybrid clinical and leadership role covers East Midlands clinics including Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Loughborough.
You will work with the Regional Leadership Team to drive clinical excellence, staff development, operational performance, and patient outcomes, leading supervision, performance reviews, and training activities.
