Salary:£31,000 - £36,000 DOE
About the Role
Pure Physiotherapy is looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Regional Clinics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our East Anglia clinic network.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead clinic administration teams, enhance the patient journey, drive operational performance, and support the continued growth of a leading MSK healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinic administration teams across the region.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience across all clinics.
- Monitor clinic performance, utilisation, and service standards.
- Manage clinic facilities, maintenance, and compliance requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to achieve regional objectives.
About You
- Previous management experience in healthcare, clinical, hospitality, retail, or another service-led environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using IT systems and reporting tools.
Additional Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the East Anglia region.
- Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations as required.
- Right to work in the UK.
