- Purpose of the Role
Pure Unity Health Group is seeking a motivated and organised Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator to support our continued growth.
Working closely with the Programme Director and key stakeholders, you will help coordinate acquisition and integration projects across the Group, from due diligence through to successful onboarding and integration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills who wants to contribute to business growth within the healthcare sector.
As part of this role, you will
- Support the coordination of acquisition and integration projects across the Group.
- Maintain acquisition pipelines, project plans and reporting documentation.
- Assist with due diligence activities, gathering and tracking information requests.
- Prepare presentations, business reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor project actions, risks and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate the onboarding of newly acquired healthcare businesses and teams.
- Support the implementation of integration plans and track progress against agreed milestones.
- Build positive relationships with external advisers, consultants and acquisition partners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and governance requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Experience in an administrative, project support or coordination role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, social care or professional services.
- Experience supporting business change, acquisition or integration projects.
- Project management qualification or related training.
- Experience working within healthcare, dental, pharmacy or care settings.
