We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Senior Finance Administrator to join our growing Finance Team. This role is ideal for someone with solid finance experience who wants to make an impact not just through accurate financial work, but also by supporting colleagues and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling credit control and liaising with external stakeholders (including solicitors)
- Performing bank reconciliations and cash management activities
- Supporting monthly management accounts and reporting
- Investigating anomalies and providing insight
- Maintaining accurate financial records and Excel reports
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting process improvements across the finance function
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance or accounts role
- Experience across ledger work, reconciliations, and reporting
- Prior experience supporting or mentoring colleagues is highly desirable
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Confident communicator (written & verbal)
- Organised with excellent time management
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong working knowledge of finance systems (e.g. Sage) and Excel preferred
