What Will You Be Doing?
- Updating our computer systems with case information
- Answering queries from clients and suppliers by phone, email, and post
- Booking appointments for clients in a way that suits them best
- Keeping people updated on the progress of their cases
- Working towards team targets, with support and guidance
- Following company procedures and data protection rules
- Learning how to resolve queries properly the first time
- Suggesting improvements and asking questions — we value your ideas!
