This position is ideal for clinicians of all levels who want to grow beyond theirclinical practice. As part of your development, you will gain exposure to a mixed clinical caseload. This includes:
- Manage a caseload of MSK patients delivering assessment and treatment sessions
- Work to deliver personalised, evidence based treatment plans
- Maintain high quality clinical documentation (HCPC compliant)
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
- Use SMART goals and outcome measures to track progress
- Apply a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to care
- Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development
- Access to leadership development resources and structured progression planning
