Location: Earlsfield, London

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 pa depending on experience

Shifts: Tuesday 8:45am – 5:15pm, Wednesday 8:45am – 6:15pm, Thursday 8:45am – 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am – 3:45pm, and Saturday 7:45am – 2:15pm

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a warm, professional front desk experience, managing patient check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, delivering excellent customer service
  • Schedule, update, and confirm appointments while supporting patients with fees, insurance, and queries
  • Manage clinic administration, including billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Support clinicians with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily clinic operations
  • Prepare treatment rooms, maintain high clinic standards, and ensure equipment is ready
  • Communicate effectively between patients and clinical staff, resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism

What You’ll Bring

  • Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with practice‑management software, clinic management or scheduling software is advantageous, but training will be provided
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Professional, friendly telephone manner
  • Able to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Experience in customer‑facing roles (healthcare is beneficial)
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask
