About the Role

Are you an experienced and passionate podiatrist looking to take the next step in your career within a forward‑thinking, supportive environment? Pure Podiatrists, in association with South West Podiatry, is seeking a talented clinician to join our growing team. You will deliver high‑quality podiatric care, working alongside a national network of podiatrists and within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of physiotherapists as part of Pure Physiotherapy. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovative setting while developing your clinical expertise and contributing to a thriving independent practice.

About You

  • Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in podiatry or a related clinical field (e.g. FHP, Sports Therapist)
  • Demonstrates strong capability in managing both MSK and non‑MSK caseloads
  • Is experienced in nail surgery and managing complex foot and lower limb conditions
  • Has a keen interest in biomechanics and MSK podiatry
  • Is committed to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development

Full training provided in:

  • Laser Therapy
  • SWIFT treatment
  • Shockwave therapy
  • 2D gait analysis

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

  • Manage a varied MSK and non‑MSK caseload
  • Deliver advanced treatments including nail surgery, orthotics, and gait analysis
  • Develop tailored, evidence‑based treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively within the MDT
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR and regulations
  • Participate in clinical governance, audits, and infection control practices
  • Work towards KPIs while maintaining high standards of care

Non‑Clinical

  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and reflective practice
  • Support marketing, networking, and patient engagement
  • Mentor and support students and new graduates
  • Stay up to date with industry research and advancements
  • Collaborate with admin teams to ensure seamless patient journeys
